New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday congratulated Liz Truss on being chosen to be the next Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and expressed confidence that under her leadership, the comprehensive strategic partnership between India and the United Kingdom will be further strengthened.
