Whatever their living environment, everyone has a story to tell and a brand to market.

Soon they will have a platform to showcase their talents at Off The Charts Media in Palmerton.

Owner Jocelyn Russo said the school has partnered with Off The Charts School of Music at 306 Delaware Ave.

“We’re looking to open in the summer,” Russo said. “We are in the process of doing renovations right now.”

Russo said they were “trying to get everything in place, so it’s kind of a one-stop-shop.”

“There will be a full Cyc wall (much like a large video shooting wall), with a full recording studio and an engineering room that will be right next to the recording studio to mix and master a full track. or a full album, and we can also do podcasts from there, “she said.” The floor will be for companies and brands, or anyone who wants to be able to create content.

“It’s kind of a studio / podcast room mix, and we’ll also have another photo shoot back room where people will have full access to the kitchen. We are looking to add a green room where artists can relax and unwind in this particular space.

On the music side, Russo said they are looking to add a country music station, as well as one that will broadcast hip-hop and dance music.

“We want to have content for everyone; a way for people to express themselves, ”she said. “Maybe they weren’t able to (continue) what they were able to do; with our help they may be able to do it with their business and brand.

A 2015 graduate from Palmerton Area High School, Russo said she started videography and photography about five years ago as a hobby.

“I said why don’t we do something upstairs for the students and the locals,” Russo said. “I have seen it all and I want to give back.”

Russo, from Towamensing Township, said she recently attended the Governor’s Ball in New York City to shoot content for some of the festival’s headliners.

“I was sponsored by Grubhub to accompany my influencer, Tobias,” she said. “He’s bringing headliners, famous athletes and more to family businesses to eat and talk about their history as a way to help small businesses post COVID, that’s how we ended up getting sponsor Grubhub . “

Off The Charts Media is the latest company to spring up at the Off The Charts School of Music.

Off The Charts Music School is owned by Dustin Rehrig.
