New Delhi: This year’s QS Graduate Employability Rankings ranks IIT Bombay graduates as having the best employment potential from any Indian educational institution and at the same time it is in the top 22% of the 550 establishments around the world.
The QS Graduate Employability Rankings was published on September 23, 2021. This time, the Institute improved its performance and moved to the range of 101 to 110 for the year 2021. Last year, IIT Bombay was ranked between 111 and 120 in the QS. ranking.

QS Graduate Employability Rankings 2022 was published by a UK company, Quacquarelli Symonds. The QS ranking is based on several factors such as employer reputation, graduation results, partnership with employees, alumni results, and bond between employers and students. The reputation of the employer was given the utmost importance among all parameters. This year, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology or MIT took first place in the QS Employability Ranking 2022.

IIT-Delhi In the list
IIT Delhi has improved its ranking and is in the top 150 list. While IIT Delhi was ranked 151-160 in 2020, it rose to 131-140 in 2021.
IIT Madras is among the top 200 in the QS Graduate Employability Rankings released Thursday. According to 50,000 employers surveyed by QS, MIT, Stanford and the University of California were at the top of the list.
In total, QS included 12 Indian universities in the list of top 550 institutions. Four of them have improved their position since the last iteration of the ranking, two have fallen in the rankings while two – OP Jindal Global University and Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee – are new entries this year.

Three central universities – the University of Delhi, the University of Mumbai and the University of Calcutta – are on the list. In private universities, OP Jindal Global University, Sonipat and BITS Pilani were also included.
